fucking kill me right now i guess

recently ive been getting this stabbing sharp pain randomly. like no warning at all it's just be like i got stabbed in the gut and the pain will like last 30 minutes or longer and it hurts so bad i actually start crying and i get really steassed like.. okay? it usuall y happens after i get done eating or not, most of the times its random and ew ewe ughh it genuinely feels like i got pushed down the stairs with a knife stabbed in me

sometimes itll be my stomach or my chest it just happens idk why im not going to the hospital forthis because im scared of them i and i feel like they're gonna judge me like last time

my osmophobia is geting worse too i cant even wear perfumes anymore because if i do i just get a migraine or if i smll colonge or perfume i get a migraine. i swear my osmophobia wasnt this bad before why did it have to get worse it's so annyoing i already puked 3 times today. everything actually hurts so bad omg i already took like 6 pills of tylenol im not scared of 0verdosing but i dont wanna die can you even ov3rdose on tylenol?
