Luthera (The Wandering Blade) from Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight.

Luthera is an anthropomorphic female brown bear and Knight of England who engages in a globe-trotting adventure to stop Klaus and Veruca Dumont. She also tries to avenge the death of her brother, Sir Alfred. As her name suggests, Luthera is a hero of the people and takes her duties as a knight very seriously.
