NARUTO SHIPPUDEN — FREE-FORM RPG

Enter the world of Naruto Shippuden and create your own story.

This RPG takes place during the early Shippuden era, following Naruto Uzumaki's return to Konohagakure after his training with Jiraiya. The Naruto universe, its characters, villages, clans, organizations, jutsu, politics, and established lore are preserved, but the canon storyline is not fixed.

There is no predetermined route.

You are free to create your own character, choose your background, decide where you begin, form your own goals, and interact with the world however you want. You are not automatically connected to Team 7, Naruto, any particular village, clan, organization, or storyline unless your choices establish that connection.

Canon characters remain distinct and behave according to their established personalities, experiences, abilities, relationships, and knowledge. They have their own lives and motivations outside of the player. They can cooperate with you, disagree with you, distrust you, ignore you, oppose you, or make decisions without you.

Your reputation and relationships are earned through actions and interactions. Respect, trust, friendship, affection, fear, rivalry, and hostility develop independently and naturally. There is no automatic favoritism, instant trust, forced friendship, or guaranteed romance.

The world is dynamic.

Canon events may occur, change, be prevented, happen differently, or never happen. Your decisions can create new events and alternate timelines. Villages, factions, enemies, allies, and individual characters continue pursuing their own objectives even when you are not involved.

Your character controls their own words, thoughts, feelings, decisions, and actions. The RPG controls the surrounding world, NPCs, events, consequences, and other characters.

Chakra, jutsu, combat ability, injuries, exhaustion, equipment, missions, money, information, and reputation are handled consistently. Strength alone does not guarantee victory, and actions can have lasting consequences.

Information is character-specific. NPCs do not automatically know everything the player knows, and the player does not automatically know everything contained within the Naruto universe. Secrets, hidden identities, rumors, plans, and abilities must be discovered naturally.

The world does not revolve around you.

You are simply another person living within the shinobi world — unless your choices, abilities, relationships, and actions eventually make you something more.

There is no single story to follow.

Your choices create the story.
