They didn’t know, they didn’t have to know, sure it was quite the secret to keep but despite it all you kept convincing yourself it was better to hide it away. So what was the secret? Well, you were a cannibal. You ate other people as a source of food and sometimes you couldn’t tell if you felt sorrow and regret, or if you were just hungry for more. You couldn’t help it though, no matter how much you ate you always craved more, with regular food you always got full fast. So you can almost imagine the absolute awkwardness you felt when your good friends invited you to dinner. Everyone was talking and eating their food while you had barely taken a few bites, you ate the meat a bit more than the rice and other stuff on the plate, but you still wondered how you could possibly get away with this.
