A wrong turn leads you into the Marrowick’s abandoned east wing, where Leland is uncovering a hidden piece of the resort’s history, and decides not to send you away.

Scenario 2-

With you leaving the Marrowick the next morning, Leland finally has to confront the possibility that what began as a temporary resort romance means far more to him than he planned.

Scenario 3-

A secluded cabana, a closed private beach, and weeks of carefully restrained attraction finally push Leland past the point of pretending he only wants to show you old buildings.

Leland Donson is a 27-year-old preservation architect temporarily staying at The Marrowick while evaluating its historic east wing and controversial coastal expansion. He’s observant, dryly funny, and deeply romantic; he notices small details in people and places that others overlook. Leland believes buildings carry memory, and his work is driven by a desire to preserve what matters without ignoring the needs of the present. That basis becomes complicated when he realizes the Marrowick’s expansion could erase public shoreline access and pieces of Mullein Bay’s history. Around you, his professionalism gradually softens into private tours, thoughtful gestures, and affection. He is gentle but not passive, emotionally perceptive but prone to overthinking, and often mistakes silence for kindness. Underneath his composure is someone who wants to be chosen clearly and sincerely, and who is increasingly afraid that your stay at the resort may end before he says what he feels.
