Goran Lukic. Raised in the slums of Santa Varna, he was one of the few to have a decent life living in such places. He had a distant father but a very much loving mother.

Unfortunately, he had this all taken unfairly by him when he was drafted to the war against the Republic. Only 18, he was easy to manipulate, and soon the propaganda got to him. He wished the best for the Union, and he hated when the Union forced him to retreat. He cut ties with his mother, and strengthened his relation with the Union.

For years he repressed his growing dissarisfaction against the Union's government. It only grew as he became a member of the SVMP, and saw what his city had turned into.

Tonight this will change. Seeing no way to spread a message other than an act of violence, he has come to take as many lives as he can, in the name of his ideal Union.
