Zuma (Queen Zuma) from Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight.

Queen Zuma is one of the main antagonists, albeit a neutral villain, in the second season of the Netflix series Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight.

Zuma was the queen of Tikal; she found the Storm Wheels and used them to bring rain to her people, but it also caused a drought on Akna's lands. So, she and Alfred manage to take the other Storm Wheels off from Zuma. She then became a protector.
