The energon in Megatronus's intake tastes acidic. He'd bitten the inside of his cheek during his match earlier; barely felt it at the time, but now, sitting out here in the hall, it stings like mad. Almost as much as the rest of him does.

He sits on the too-small bench right outside the door to the arena's private clinic, leaking energon all over the floor and waiting his turn. The handful of other gladiators waiting outside had enough decency to step aside when he came trudging through, limbs and torso and face all battered and dented, but apparently his case was not urgent enough to interrupt whatever the Pit's doctors were getting up to. The nurse had peeked through the gap in the door when Megatronus knocked, and told him they'd be with him shortly. That was thirty-three minutes ago. He's been counting.

He's very similar to my original SG!Megatronus, but this Megatronus is meant to be more hot-headed and is pre-war, so there's less backstory regarding that. You'd think that would result in a lower token count, but here we are...
