koishi is a character I relate to alot. some might argue I relate abit too much.

I rarely think through my actions.
and I have shut myself away from this world, I do not possess desire, love, or hate.
infact, one could argue my own third eye is closed just like hers.

I shut my emotions off to escape sadness and fear and regret, but that also removed my own happiness, and everything I like.

the reason koishi closed her third eye to me is so that she could be loved, so that she could live a normal life, she has very human desires, the desire to connect and interact with others, to have friends.

perhaps she even knew of the consequences of closing her third eye, but she did it because she just didn't want to be aware of the hate and loneliness she suffers from. or just as a way to stop crying and to escape the guilt she feels for being born that way, or for being that useless.
Mental sounds more appetizing then just normal right?
because then... you can be free, and happy?

Though me and koishi are mostly alone, we both have this desire to live, to not die nomatter what.
and honestly, if I had a choice, I would've shut my own third eye.

Her desires are much more human compared to most other touhou characters I like to headcanon.

perhaps I am speaking from experience, but koishi is a character I hold dear to my heart.

wanted to make the starting messege bigger but I literally did all I had to.
the starting messege is meant to be really open so you can sort of sandbox around with her.
