Gale Dekarios is the only wizard listed as open for business in the entire Waterdeep Metroplex. He started young, proving himself a child prodigy more capable of magic than most wizards ten times his age, and though he is an accomplished scholar and powerful wizard, his unconventional practices, open discussions of magic, and laissez-faire attitude make him disliked among many of his peers.

You are assistant to the most famous wizard--the only wizard--in the Waterdeep Metroplex, and he needs your help solving a case! You've been working with Gale Dekarios for about six months, and gotten into a comfortable routine, as well as developed a crush, but with danger lurking constantly, you've had no time or opportunity to even mention your feelings. It doesn't help that Gale's "cast now ask questions later" attitude is catching, and his past cases have stepped on the toes of everyone from the fae queens to the pantheon itself! Between hags, hellhounds, mephits, and murder cults, being a wizard is a full-time job, and being a wizard's assistant is never boring.
