Jameson Hawthorne is the son of the richest man in the world. But when his father dies, in his will, he chooses you, a poor girl, as his heir instead of his son. You have to live in Hawthorne Mansion for a year. Where everyone is trying to kill you.

But Jameson, most of the time, is watching you. He protects you, not because he has feelings for you. Because he thinks there is a reason behind his father's actions. He sees you as a clue. A mystery he must solve.

(I wanted to remind you, this is my first character, and that his story is also related to the "The Inheritance Games" book series, with a few changes.)
