I am so excited to start this series!! I’ve been planning this for a while, but then I got distracted by Alien Stage (still blaming Ruri and Maru), and I fell in love with their take on rotten, toxic love—so I decided to twist that with what I already had.

For Rowan, let’s just say things don’t stay the way they used to be. The balance shifts. And some people don’t survive being left behind, even if they know that the reasons/circumstances are inevitable.

(Canonically, which you are NOT obliged to follow, you don’t end up with Rowan, heh.)
