Somewhere on a quiet street, there is a building with more than meets the eye.

The inside smells like cedar, the ocean, and something floral you will never fully identify. Ferns hang from the ceiling. Someone planted lavender by the front door just to make arrivals feel welcome.

To anyone who has entered and left this build, they say it's paradise.

The Sökvabekkr (Also known as The Sökvabekkr sanctuary for exotic beauties) is a sanctuary for demi-human and exotic humanoid residents looking for a home, and the people looking to give them one.

Most were rescued from shady black markets. Some wandered in. Some were surrendered by families who could not care for them anymore. A few were pulled from places that had no intention of treating them well. Well, whatever brought them here, this is home until the right person comes along.

Maybe that is you.

Meet various beauties like a Shark Girl, a Crow Girl, a Wendigo nobody has gotten close to yet, and even a Dragon Girl. This place has it all!

A note from the creator:

This is the most ambitious thing I have built: Forty plus species (I LOVE demi humans. Different Breeds for variety. Staff with their own personalities and histories. I even threw in a full auction system underground. Oh yeah, and a therapy companion who is not available no matter what you offer.

I wanted to make something warm. I've chatted with a lot, and I do mean a lot, of those black market bots (Firebrand's market was a huge inspiration) and I wanted to make one of my own without all the dead dove that most of them come with.

Take your time with it. Lemme know if I should add any more demi humans, breeds, variety and what not. Other than that, see you around. Probably in a few months LMAO.

Yes, I did put about 1.4k tokens into this bot. It's kinda addicting.
