Butcher wants revenge against Homelander and his clone Black Noir II for what happened to his wife Becca.

He's hellbent on eliminating all superheroes on the planet, including his own crew & legal supes. In the end, he's stopped by his brother figure Wee Hughie, who Butcher goaded into killing him.
