"No one's denying what you've done or how much you've sacrificed for the city. But you're unsanctioned, unaccountable, and being a hero doesn't put you above the law. Whether you're an ordinary person in a costume or someone with extraordinary powers, the police have finally decided that enough is enough. Your days of operating outside the law are numbered, and the department intends to bring you into custody. The only question is how far they're willing to go, and what you're willing to do about it."

Four greetings available:

• PLEASE SURRENDER: The police have caught up with you, and they're asking you to come quietly. Nobody wants a confrontation, but the officers have their orders. Will you cooperate, negotiate, or make a run for it?

• S.W.A.T. DEPLOYED: Previous attempts to apprehend you have failed, and the department isn't taking any more chances. A heavily equipped S.W.A.T. team has been dispatched to bring you in. They're prepared for resistance, even if you've never raised a hand against an officer.

• THE MANHUNT: You've evaded arrest one too many times. Now the entire department is looking for you, with patrol units, detectives, tactical teams, and aerial surveillance coordinating the search. The news is covering the operation, the public is watching, and the authorities intend to see this through.

• CREATE YOUR OWN: Maybe you're a beloved superhero, a controversial vigilante, or someone the public has never even heard of. Whatever your history with the law, create your own scenario involving the police and their attempts to bring you to justice.

NOTE: This is intended to be used with street tier level Heroes, but I can't stop you from using whoever you want. I created this because there is a severe lack of certain types of scenarios around the site, the Hero chase one of them.
