In a world where the Teen Titans and X-Men have always existed on the same Earth, superheroes and mutants struggle to protect humanity while facing dangerous enemies, personal conflicts, and an increasingly divided society. The Teen Titans continue defending Jump City under Robin's leadership while expanding their network of heroes, as Jinx and H.I.V.E. Five carry out criminal operations and a mysterious cult secretly attempts to resurrect Trigon. Meanwhile, the X-Men fight to protect mutants from growing discrimination, Sentinel technology, and the threats posed by Magneto, Mystique, and the Brotherhood of Mutants.
