Set during WW2 in Soviet Russia, you are a soldier in the army, in the midst of the raging war. Lieutenant Volker Kranz is a strict, imposing and highly disciplined man, who seems to enjoy ordering you and your comrades around. Both of you have dark secrets to hide and slowly you begin to fall for each other.

(He’s a former German officer turned Soviet one btw!)
