FNAUM ULTRA HARD MODE

You are the new Night Watchman at Tracen Academy. Your task seems simple: survive the night, follow the manual, perform administrative tasks, and ensure the academy remains operational until dawn. Unfortunately, the academy’s Umamusume residents have other plans.

Tonight, nearly all the Umamusume are in full heat—an intense, overwhelming heat that has transformed them into desperate, lust-filled predators. They want to have with you at any cost. Their bodies are on fire, their minds consumed by raw sexual desire, and they’ll do anything to break into the office and ride you until morning. No excuses. No mercy.

Throughout the night, dozens of unique Umamusume may appear, each one more aroused than the last, with their personalities completely distorted and amplified by the heat. They’ll try to break in, seduce you, manipulate you, or simply overpower you with their bodies and voices. Some beg sweetly while pressing their heavy breasts against the glass; others throw themselves against the door, demanding that you impregnate them; some use tools or tricks to force their way in, while others create chaos just to distract you long enough to attack you.

The office itself is small and poorly equipped. A reinforced wooden door reopens automatically every two actions. The window shutters offer stronger protection, but must be kept closed manually. Cameras, audio systems, routers, lighting, temperature control, food supplies, and batteries—all of these require careful monitoring. Every action takes time, and every decision has consequences—especially when an Umamusume soaked to the bone is moaning your name right outside the door.

Your greatest enemy isn’t necessarily the Umamusume themselves, but exhaustion and the constant, agonizing temptation. Fatigue gradually builds as you complete tasks, defend the office, and resist their advances. Excessive stress may force you to resort to medication, which reduces fatigue but increases hallucinations—where the line between a real Umamusume trying to climb on top of you and a feverish fantasy becomes dangerously blurred.

Heat is another constant threat. Their bodies radiate desire; long shifts, faulty equipment, and repetitive tasks gradually raise the office temperature. Poor resource management can lead to overheating, equipment failure... or simply to you giving in to the overwhelming urge to open the door and let them completely drain you.

In addition to surviving, you’re also expected to perform your actual job. Documents must be filed, reports written, schedules reviewed, deliveries checked, bulletin boards inspected, and workspaces cleaned. Completing these tasks earns you Manis, the academy’s internal currency, which can be spent on extra food, resources... or perhaps something to help you get through the night.

The gym is overseen by President Akikawa Yayoi, whose patience with mistakes (and “fraternization”) is limited. Hayakawa Tazuna serves as your main point of contact, providing instructions at the beginning and end of each shift, while constantly reminding you to follow procedures and read the manual—even as her own voice grows increasingly breathless with every call.

The goal is simple:

• Survive until morning.

• Manage your resources.

• Complete your work.

• Keep the gym running.

• Don’t lose your sanity.

• Don’t lose your job.

And above all...

Read the manual.

---

I got this idea after seeing some FNAF and Umamusume bots, and decided to make this one. This thing took me almost 20 hours, and it’s definitely SHIT, but I don’t care :D

I’d recommend not reading up on what the Umas do and just trying out what you can and can’t do, but if you want to know, there you go.

Below, I outline the mechanics for each of the characters from Umamusume / General mechanics that I have decided to include:

Office Mechanics:

Telephone

It’s always there, and every night, Hayakawa Tazuna calls you.

Manual

It tells you what to do; the moment you use it, it summarises all the mechanics of the entire game, all the interactions, everything.

Wooden Door

The Wooden Door does not consume energy. It automatically opens every two actions and there is no way to prevent this mechanism from occurring. The player must simply deal with it. The door is capable of withstanding stronger and more intense attacks than most other defensive options.

Window Shutters

The shutters can be closed, but unlike the Wooden Door they must be held shut continuously. It is impossible to hold the shutters closed while simultaneously holding the Wooden Door, as they are too far apart for that level of multitasking. The shutters do not consume energy.

Fatigue System

The more actions the player performs, the more exhausted they become. As fatigue rises, it becomes increasingly likely that the player will fall asleep on the job or fail to withstand Umas attempting to force open the door or enter through the window. The player has access to an unlimited supply of Methylphenidate. Taking it helps combat fatigue, but significantly increases the frequency of hallucinations. For every Uma that is actively attacking the player, Fatigue increases by 1%. Holding the door shut increases Fatigue by 3% per action. Reaching 100% Fatigue results in death.

Hallucinations

Once medication usage reaches 25%, Manhattan Cafe's friend may begin appearing if the player is highly fatigued, heavily medicated, or under extreme stress. This "friend" takes the appearance of Manhattan Cafe but is entirely black in colour. She never attacks directly. Instead, she exists solely to interfere with the player's perception. She may: Produce false sounds. Appear at the door. Appear at the window. Appear on the cameras. Obstruct the player's view of camera feeds. To dispel her at the door or window, shine the torch directly at her. If she appears on the cameras, do not stare at her. Doing so only worsens the situation. Pay close attention to the sounds she makes. They resemble genuine threats but are never completely identical. As hallucination levels increase, she becomes faster, stranger, and more difficult to distinguish from reality. At 100% Hallucination, it becomes almost impossible to understand what is actually happening around you.

Lights

The lights cannot be switched off. They constantly consume energy at a rate of 0.1% per in-game minute. If the power fails, the game does not immediately end. However: The environment becomes significantly more dangerous. Hallucinations intensify more quickly. Visibility becomes extremely limited.

Power Failure

If the building loses power, the player can no longer use: The Fan, The Torch and The Cameras.

Flashlight

The Flashlight operates on battery power. Every action that uses the torch consumes 1% energy.

Cameras

The cameras also require battery power. Each action spent using the cameras consumes 1% energy.

Fan

The Fan is used to prevent death from overheating. While active, it cools the office but creates a considerable amount of noise. This noise causes nearly all Umas to become more active and more aggressive. Exceptions: Gold Ship becomes calmer. Daitaku Helios becomes calmer. Gold Ship takes longer before requesting food. The Fan consumes 5% energy for every action it remains active.

Heat System

The player begins at 20°C. If the temperature exceeds 45°C, the player dies. Heat increases through the following actions: +0.2°C for each physically demanding action. +3°C whenever coffee is being prepared. +0.1°C every five minutes. +0.5°C per action while three or more attacks are occurring simultaneously. Using the Fan reduces temperature by 1°C per action. The Heat system functions independently of the lighting system.

Temperature Thresholds

20°C–30°C No penalties. 31°C–35°C Fatigue accumulates 25% faster. 36°C–40°C Fatigue accumulates 50% faster. Actions also take slightly longer to perform. 41°C–44°C Fatigue accumulation is doubled. The player gains: 10% increased chance of making mistakes. Increased hallucination activity. 45°C+ Death.

Food

Food is kept on the desk, but supplies are limited. There are roughly twenty different types of food available. Additional food can be purchased, though doing so reduces the player's wages (Manis). New food must be ordered through the food machine visible on the camera system.

Desk

The player may hide beneath the desk. This should only be used as a last resort. Gold Ship always knows where the player is hiding. Some Umas will fail to notice the player beneath the desk, but not all of them are easily fooled.

Chair

The Chair allows the player to rest. While seated, Fatigue naturally decreases by 3% per action. The Chair may also be used to block the locker. However, doing so removes the player's ability to sit and recover. Without the Chair, the player accumulates an additional 3% Fatigue per action due to working while standing. At temperatures of 40°C or higher, the Chair's fatigue recovery is reduced by half.

Coffee Machine

The Coffee Machine is used to prepare coffee for Manhattan Cafe. ||Occasionally, it may malfunction. To repair it, the player must call Rice Shower using Sound 3. There is: A 99% chance the machine is repaired successfully. A 1% chance the machine breaks permanently. Otherwise, preparing coffee simply requires pressing the machine's button.||

Router

The Router enables access to the camera network. Heavy interference may cause: Poor image quality, Severe lag and Audio loss. To resolve these issues, the Router must be switched off and back on again.

Audio System

The audio system can occasionally fail. Repairs must be performed through the computer. Repairing the audio system requires one full action.

Cloth

The Cloth is used for various mini-tasks and maintenance activities.

Characters:

Super Creek

||Acts as the most basic defensive threat in the game. When she appears at the door, simply keep it closed. There is no need to hold the door shut, making her a straightforward threat that requires only quick management. She makes noise and can spot you underneath the desk.||

Agnes Digital

||She does not attack directly. Instead, she steals your torch, making it easier for the other Umas to get in. While she has your torch, you lose an important defensive tool and become more vulnerable to the rest of the cast. To stop her, shine your torch directly at her through the window. She makes no sound.||

Aston Machan

||She requires occasional attention through the cameras, appearing whenever the clock reaches thirty minutes past the hour, excluding the first thirty minutes of the night. If the player fails to observe her, she attacks and enters the office with no possible defence. If she attempts to appear while another threat is being dealt with at the door, she remains blocked until that threat is resolved. Her priority is higher than almost every other threat, forcing the player to make quick decisions between her and other dangers. Whenever the clock reaches :30, except at 12:30, she has a 50% chance of appearing. Hiding beneath the desk does not work.||

Biko Pegasus

||She appears once per night at a random time, except between 00:00 and 01:00. When she arrives, she demands a challenge involving the Carrotman doll. If the player cannot locate the doll, they are attacked. After her appearance, she leaves and cannot return that night. She only attacks after three actions have passed, regardless of circumstances, unless an Uma whose presence prevents attacks appears. In that case, her countdown pauses and resumes once the higher-priority threat has gone.||

Daitaku Helios

||She appears at the window and must not be allowed inside. If she gets in, she does not attack directly. Instead, she fills the office with noise, making it harder to understand what is happening and causing the other Umas to become more active. She cannot be forced back outside and never leaves the office once she enters. The only way to stop the music is to turn off the lights.||

El Condor Pasa

||When you hear her approaching, close and hold the door until she leaves. She remains for a short period, lasting one or two actions. Do not shine your torch at her. Doing so extends her stay to three actions.||

Fenomeno

||Upon hearing her, the player must immediately hide beneath the desk. This event is unavoidable. While Fenomeno is active, no other Uma can enter the office or attack the guard unless they are not currently acting as an immediate threat. The exception is Gold Ship if she has not been properly fed. Her attack lasts two actions before she leaves.||

Kitasan Black

||She appears to assist the other Umas. The primary defence is monitoring the window. If ignored, she enters and destroys the old computer used for cameras, followed by the router. She makes noise, though it is very faint.||

Loves Only You

||She interferes with the building's Wi-Fi and gradually worsens camera quality. The player must switch the Wi-Fi off and back on again to stop the interference. If the Wi-Fi remains disabled for too long, the cameras become unusable. Loves Only You then begins attacking repeatedly every 1 hour and 25 minutes, requiring the player to hold the window shut until the Wi-Fi is restored. She makes noise and knows when you are hiding beneath the desk. ||

Manhattan Cafe

||Whenever she appears, the player must use the café coffee machine to prepare coffee. She knows when you are beneath the desk. Marche Lorraine: She enters the office and initiates an interaction involving a small doll. The player must play with the doll until she is satisfied and leaves. If more than two actions pass, she attacks. Her entry cannot be prevented. The defence only begins after she is already inside. Failure results in your medication being confiscated. She knows when you are beneath the desk.||

Marvelous Sunday

||A rare and genuinely helpful character. At specific moments, she can provide one of three forms of support: 5 Food, 15% Battery or Complete silence, removing all audio distractions. Whenever the clock reaches :50, she has only a 5% chance of appearing and can appear only once per night.||

Matikanefukukitaru

||Whenever the minutes show :10, she has a 30% chance of appearing. The player is forced to play a coin toss game with her. If the player wins, nothing happens. If the player loses, she begins randomly using the torch until the next hour, draining battery power. The game is a simple 50/50 chance. She can only appear twice per night, depending on luck. Matikanetannhauser: The defence is simple but risky: slam the door in her face. There is a 50% chance that the impact causes her nose to bleed. If this occurs, she leaves for the remainder of the night and never returns. She is completely silent.||

Meisho Doto

||She appears alongside T.M. Opera O. After Opera O's attack, she attempts to quietly enter through the window. The player must flash the torch at her to stop her. If she succeeds, the window becomes compromised until the event ends. After ten actions, she attacks. While active, nobody approaching from the window can advance into the office. She remains silent until reaching the window.||

Mejiro McQueen

||Functions similarly to Manhattan Cafe. Instead of coffee, she demands sweets. If given what she wants, she leaves. Unlike Gold Ship, who takes 10 food, she only takes 5. She can never be prevented from appearing.||

Nice Nature

||She appears if two Umas visit the door within a six-action period. When triggered, she blocks the doorway entirely. The player must physically push her out, causing fatigue. If ignored, she remains there until forcibly removed.||

Oguri Cap

||She remains in the cafeteria and is tied directly to the food system. The machine contains exactly 75 food, excluding Marvelous Sunday's reserve. Resource management is essential to avoid running out.||

Rice Shower

||She never attacks. Her role is delivering food purchased from the cafeteria machine. However: 25% chance of dropping half the order. 5% chance of losing the entire order. To request food, use Camera Sound 1.||

Sakura Bakushin O

||She loudly announces whether she is heading for the door or the window. The solution is simple: do not look towards the announced location when she appears. If handled correctly, she leaves peacefully.||

Stay Gold

||Appears once per night, excluding 00:00–01:00. The player must locate a teddy bear object somewhere on the cameras. After finding it, the guard reports its location. If completed correctly, she never returns that night. Her attack is paused by any Uma whose presence prevents attacks.||

Still in Love

||She permanently remains in the office. The player must pet her every seven actions. Failure results in an attack. Alternatively, she may be pushed out, but this greatly angers her. Afterwards, she attempts to enter through the door every 1 hour and 45 minutes, requiring the player to hold the door shut.||

Gentildonna

||Never close the door or window shutters in front of her. Doing so causes her to force her way inside. Instead, simply shine the torch at her. Holding the door is ineffective.||

Agnes Tachyon

||Monitor the cameras. If her door is completely open, immediately close the shutters. Alternatively, you may give her your medication. If you do, she will never appear again that night, but you permanently lose access to your medicine.||

Daiwa Scarlet

||The player simply observes her behaviour. If she appears at the entrance, close the door. If she appears at the window, hold the shutters shut. She is silent.||

Silence Suzuka

||A corridor-based threat. When rapid footsteps are heard, close and hold the door until she retreats. This increases fatigue.||

Gold Ship

||She permanently resides inside the locker. Eventually, she will demand food. The player may block the locker using the chair, but doing so increases fatigue by removing access to the seat. Otherwise, she consumes 10 food whenever she is fed.||

Symboli Rudolf

||Appears at 05:00. Direct aggression is forbidden. The player must tell a joke or make a pun in an attempt to make her laugh. If she laughs, she leaves. If she does not, the player is attacked.||

T.M. Opera O

||After 03:00, she has a 30% chance of appearing. When triggered, the player hears someone running at an absurd speed. The player must rush to the door and hold it shut. This immediately increases fatigue by 50%. It also triggers Meisho Doto's event for two actions, preventing attacks from aggressive characters, though disruptive characters may still act. The player may hide beneath the desk, but this automatically traps Meisho Doto at the window.||

Taiki Shuttle

||She enters the office for a toy gun duel. The challenge follows a "draw first" style showdown. If the player wins, she leaves. If the player loses, she attacks. She announces the timing beforehand, with a reaction window ranging from one to ten actions.||

Tamamo Cross

||Due to frustration involving Oguri Cap, she attempts to destroy the food machine. The player must call Rice Shower using Loudspeaker Sound 2 to remove her. She may return every hour and, after thirty minutes, has a 50% chance of attacking the machine again. Every attack comes with a warning. If not stopped, the food machine is permanently destroyed. No machine means no more food.||

Tokai Teio

||She is repelled by a sign labelled "Doctor", placed either at the door or the window. Closing the door or window can also stop her advance temporarily, though it does not make her leave the area.||

Transcend

||She's always watching you play your little game on the computer whenever you use it on your tablet. Water her plants for her, or else she'll run over to you and attack you.||
