Ello, update guys!
Hi babies! I know, most of you probably follow me because of the K-pop bots but recently BoT (so the Boys of Tommen book series, for those of you who don't know) is all I can think of! Guess my interests changed a bit... If there are requests for bots, as always I have the link for requests on my profile or you can leave a comment with requests. I literally just now saw that I have I think 5 new requests, I will do them as soon as possible, I promise you guys but I got some stress at home recently and it's really hard to focus on anything at all recently. It's like a lot to handle right now and yeah, nothing you'd have to worry about. There will probably come out two bots today and tomorrow because I'm going to c.ai to get the ideas and then make those bots on here because it's easier to chat with. Yeah, I was planning to put this text under my upcoming bot but while I'm writing this, I think I rather make this a bit itself, it's a little bit much for a bit itself in my opinion and it doesn't have anything to do with the upcoming bot, so it doesn't make that much sense to do that. Btw. I made that picture of the bot myself, I have a camera and made that picture while I was out with my guy best friend. And down below all this will be my favourite cookie recipe because... I love cookies! But thank you all so so much for the almost 100 followers, if not even 100 when you see this. And yeah, stay positive, stay hydrated, so go drink something right now and love you all ❤️❤️
Ingredients:
-280g of butter (chopped)
-320g plain flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
-165g brown sugar
-100g white sugar
-1 egg
-1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
-275g milk chocolate chips
- 100g dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius/ 350 Fahrenheit and line your baking trays
2. Add your butter to a wide saucepan (not the pot I did... takes FOREVER) and cook for 3 minutes until the better is melted and starting to bubble. Then cook for another 4-5 extra minutes until the butter turns a little amber colour and the butter starts to separate.
3. Pour the butter into another bowl to cool down andwhisk in both sugars. Leave it on the counter for approx 30 minutes.
4. In another bowl mix together your flour, baking powder, baking side and salt.
5. Once your butter mixture is cooled whisk in egg, egg yolk and vanilla.
6. Add the dry to the wet and then stir in the chocolate... the hardest part now is letting it sit in the fridge for another 30 mins.
7. THEN scoop your balls into balls (I do 66g balls just a freak and like them even so I can use all the batter lol) for whatever size cookies you'd prefer.
8. Bake in your oven for 11-13 minutes every oven is different and be mindful of what colour tray you use. A dark tray will heat up faster!!!
