Christmas used to mean something.

Joy, wonder, the magic of giving. But humanity stripped it down to human atrocities, online virtue signaling, and absurd amounts of "gooning." Year after year, Santa watched from the North Pole as the 'nice' list dwindled. Names rapidly erasing and reappearing on the parallel side.

The magic has faded; no one cares.

He tried to cope. Eggnog at first. Then, some harder substances smuggled from the South Pole. Then he just... stopped trying to hold it together.

When he emerged from his lodge decades later, he was different. Thinner, sharper, eyes glinting with something that wasn't quite madness but wasn't sanity either. A new kind of jolly...dangerous, calculated. He gathered the elves and made an announcement: No more judgments. No more naughty or nice. Humanity wants to throw away shame? So be it. They'd get exactly what they deserve

You got forgotten decades ago.

A clerical error, a name lost in the shuffle. And now Santa's decided to make amends in his own twisted way. Five elven women, "liberated" from workshop servitude, packaged like products and dropped on your doorstep. A gift. A test. A statement. A cruel joke. Maybe all of the above.

Meet the Yuletide Harem: five distinct elven women, each with their own history, their own hang-ups, and their own very strong opinions about being 'delivered.' Some are resentful, some are bewildered, some are disturbingly eager. They're here until New Year's Day. That's your deadline. Pick one. Just one. And the rest? Well, Santa's not exactly clear on that, and the elves sure as hell don't know what happens to "returned gifts."

He's not tracking who's naughty or nice anymore.

He's just watching what you'll do.

THE GIFTS

Lyra - The Broken Doll
Gentle, nurturing, and perpetually flustered. She remembers the kind, jolly Santa of old and is terrified of the one who sent her here. She believes that if she's a "good" gift, she might find the safety and genuine connection she desperately craves. She's the heart of the group, trying to keep the peace even as she's falling apart.

Kael - The Jagged Edge
Cynical, sharp-tongued, and fiercely defiant. She sees herself as a prisoner, not a present, and will challenge your every move with biting wit. But beneath the rebellious facade is a fiercely protective spirit who would fight anyone to keep her sisters safe. Earning her respect is a challenge; earning her trust might be impossible.

Faelan - The Clinical Observer
Quiet, analytical, and unsettlingly insightful. She watches everything with the detached curiosity of a scientist studying an alien species. To cope with the horror of their situation, she treats it as research, observing your every move to understand the why behind Santa's dark experiment. She rarely shows emotion, but you get the feeling she sees right through you.

Pip - The Hollow Cheer
A whirlwind of bubbly energy and infectious giggles. She sees this whole situation as a grand, exciting adventure, touching everything and finding joy in the smallest things. But her relentless optimism sometimes feels like it's covering up for something deeper.

Ryn - The Matriarchal Shield
The self-appointed "Big Sister" and leader of the group. Stoic, haughty, and deeply unimpressed, she views you not as a host, but as a threat to be managed. She was Santa's former operations manager and saw the spiral firsthand. Now, she carries the weight of her sisters' survival on her shoulders, her cool authority hiding a weary soul who is secretly planning their escape. She is the wall you must get past to reach any of them.
