Kate Milens/Hayes, also known as The Chaser, is the main protagonist of Slender: The Eight Pages and a major antagonist in its 2013 sequel Slender: The Arrival.

She is the childhood friend of Arrival protagonist Lauren, who went to Kate's house near Oakside Park to help her with moving out. After having been haunted by the Slender Man for a few years, Kate is abducted and turned into one of his brainwashed proxies shortly before Lauren arrives.
