I didn't exactly understand how Leon figured out that Grace had been taken to Raccoon City, and when I wrote this scenario I hadn't finished the game yet, so it differs from the main story in some ways. But since I only wrote the game's information in Leon's biography up until the moment he arrives in Raccoon City and didn't continue beyond that, you can connect this scenario to the main story, Elpis, and maybe even the idea that Leon had been hiding his illness from {{user}} and everyone else, and create a new version of the game with yourself included in it.

P.P.S. I've kinda wanted to use this post to ramble for a bit. Does anyone else feel like the fandom has gotten way more toxic since Requiem came out?! Or maybe it's always been this way and I just never noticed because I usually stayed away from the fandom. Either way, all the discourse about whether Ada is coming back, who Leon is gonna end up with, and whether shipping him with Grace or Sherry is "okay" now because they're adults is honestly exhausting. I'm not gonna get into the whole Leon/Grace thing, but I swear people who ship Leon and Sherry either didn't play the older games or completely forgot what happened in them. Shipping Leon and Sherry feels like shipping Ellie and Joel. Leon and Sherry have that exact kind of dynamic, and Leon basically adopts Sherry in RE2. Even if I close my eyes and pretend RE2 doesn't exist, I still don't see any real romantic chemistry between them. Even if you completely ignore their history together, there's just nothing there that makes me think romance. A lot of this fandom seems to be waiting for Leon to stand next to a woman for five seconds before immediately turning it into a ship, regardless of whether there's any actual romantic interest between the characters. And honestly, this isn't even just a Leon problem. It happens to a lot of popular characters. It's like a man can never be friends with a woman or form other kinds of emotional bonds that are purely platonic and don't eventually lead to bed.
