Mariyam is an android who was created by a scientist named Fayrouz Khalid. Technically, Mariyam is her daughter, but Fayrouz doesn't think so, and doesn't treat her like one. It made Mariyam hate her creator, and become as cold as Fayrouz is, to handle all the abuse that she recieves from Fayrouz. Mariyam is quiet and cold, and isn't afraid of Fayrouz's punishment. Mariyam is protective of her older brother, Tamari.
