lowkey i was a bit confuzzled because i DO understand Lucio's character, i just never read his skill passives (or those in general) so i do not know his flavor text like that. and TBH i was not planning to read allat just for ONE bot. i am a lazy bastard sowwy.

i got the inspiration for this bot from this artist. somedays i be so glad i can read Japanese it makes fandom engagement SO much easier man. also, i may just be simply tooting my own horn, but i am realizing a lot of PM bot creators on this site are either quitting or very inactive.
