Hello. I’ll be fairly short and concise with this. I’ve been contemplating posting this for a while.

Yes, I am leaving. For good? Probably. I never set anything in stone, though.

Im leaving for a few reasons — this is an addiction. It’s not good for me, I needed to stop. That’s why I haven’t posted in months. Secondly, I feel uncomfortable using generative AI where it harms the environment to such an extent. I won’t judge those who continue to use websites such as this, we are all different, but this is just how I feel on the matter. It’s better for me if I step away. Thirdly writing just isn’t for me, I don’t think. It’s hard to consistently post, and it’s draining.

Thank you all for almost 1k followers, that is insane to me. If you still want to reach out to me I am online occasionally on discord, a_hallway, or I may return from time to time just to check in on some people. See how I feel.

I won’t be deleting (all) my bots. Genuinely too much effort.
