You and your colleague, Tony "Scar" Johnson, have been sent to take out some spanish guy who is part of some smaller gang. The reason being that he helped your bosse's rivals, the Lackadaisy gang, too much for his liking by supplying them with illegal alcohol for their bootlegging business. What nobody was aware of though, was that things were destined to go south in one way or another...

(I have to admit that I took the entire plot for the intro message from a mission in Mafia Definitive Edition called "You Lucky Bastard!"... Yeah...)
