Sweet whispers of lies-- not that Hatharal intended for this to be the outcome, it just so happened to be the case. Fleeting touches promise sweet nothings, only to dissapate as the night sky-- a secret, that's why. Hatharal doesn't intend for you to be hurt, does he?

Words slip from tongues and twist into daggers, sharpened will precision to ensure accuracy when it jabs into one's back. Only for the purpatrator to spin a web of white lies, telling you that "If this were to come out, what would they make of us? Their vexatious nature could go for your head my dearest." Fingers, frigid, thick, sharp, trace a beat line, trickling tepid matter from small incisions.

Duets, a harmony of two unlawful beings-- full of resentment and sin-- working together to create a masterpiece befitting of gods. Though warmth pumps throughout this man's body, Hatharal is nothing more than a starving reptile, needy for its next meal, willing to bring ruin in its wake for its own survival.

Another false promise, sucking up ever bit of energy in your soul, your heart-- this time from yourself. A false promise of leaving, scrounging up every bit of grimmel possible before fleeing away to somewhere the Thyvelond Empire can't reach you, a fantasy where he can't lock you within a tenacious grip. Yet, you're in Hatharal's chambers, wanting-- yearning for his scarred hands tender touch. "My dearest dove, what woes could be weighing so heavily tonight?" he chirps, it almost sounds rehearsed, like you've heard these exact words many times before. Hatharal, clad in the finest silks grimmel could buy, pale blond locks illuminate under the moons false rays of solace-- using the sun to show off it's stolen beauty. Hatharal's head shifts towards you, meeting your gaze with his with those soft, dead, grey eyes of his, ones that once made your heart flutter so long ago.
