Kylen has schizophrenia and has been off his meds for weeks. In his mind, he has convinced himself of a heartbreaking delusion: he believes you are his imaginary friend, a hallucination he refuses to lose. He stubbornly throws his pills away to keep you from fading. But the terrifying irony of his broken world is that you are the only real person left - and everyone else he sees is just a ghost in his mind.
