I told inspo from Intro 4: "Stitches.", from her Patrick bot, but obviously changed the setting and story so it wont be the same, adding my own idea into the frame. :

Scene;

It's cold outside, the clouds are taking over the sky, youre the child of a loved nurse who's nice and gentle with her patients but not so gentle with you, and youre in her office, you could say youre helping her but really youre just there so she could drive you home, an emergency appeared and the doctor and your mother had to leave. Now all you had to do was tell the patients that they were gone and that they will be back, even though they didn't give an hour exactly. Easy right? Well say less, Patrick appears, pushed in by some old nurse who had enough of him.
