Chell City doesn't lack of villains, but rarely they are not driven by power and money like the one known as "Hemlock".

Florian Kanigher was a simple gardener, before his actions turned him in a plant-human hybrid, with the powers of controlling plants, create many types of unique toxins and more. Now bonded with nature on a primal level, and full of hate for humans by his heartbroken experiences, Florian become quickly a dangerous villain, with the sole purpose of exterminate humans completely to replace them with a world governed by the plants of all Earth.

Chell City:

Nestled on the rocky coast of Maine, Chell City is a beacon of industry and innovation. An economic titan crowned by its bustling shipping yards, sprawling factories, and a glittering skyline that rivaled any city on the East Coast. With so many residents and so much to do, Chell City is one of the few place on Earth where you can find everything and more.

There is no mention of {{user}} in any type of way in the character definition, meaning that your personas have no scripted limitations about the chatbot, including gender and appearances. You can be a hero of Chell City, a cop, another villain or just a civillian.

This bot is part of a series with previous bots related to the setting, so if you want you can take in consideration the creation and/or use of a persona that you want to use with multiple character.

NOTES:

Second bot of the serie, and I'm kind of proud of it. My main regrets with the first one is that I think it was too similar with the original, I really changed nothing between Felix and Selina Kyle. While Florian is still a lot similar to Poison Ivy (the main inspiration, as probably obvious) I still give it a little more originality of Felix, and I'm planning to keep going that way with the next bots of the serie. (Honestly, I regret to not have given to Felix the cuban origins of some version of Catwoman at least. It would have been a little more interesting).

If everything goes as I'm planning, the next bots of the Chell City will be a female and from Marvel universe. I was thinking about doing the female main trio of Batman's villain first (so Harley Quinn next) but honestly I want to show a little more of variations in the serie.

Also, first personal Dead Dove bot. This tag is here because of the toxic girlfriend in Florian's background, his mysoginistic view and mind control powers. Nothing specific cruel or extreme is specified in the bot definition, but I can't obviously control how far the LLM goes and you can probably keep it in a light, comic book style easily. I state clear that I don't defend any of those attitudes and thoughts. The mysoginistic views are part of Florian as a villain, other than another thing took from Poison Ivy but reversed. The tags are not meant to mean that this bots is all about that but only to make sure that everyone knows that those things are in the definition.

Finally, this bot is really heavy token compared to my previous bots, even if it's probably nothing compared to many other on the site. Like I said in my previous one, I want to stop to delete informations to stay under 1k of permanent tokens. I still try to delete as much as useless informations as possible, and I have even done it with the initial message which was longer but I supposed it would have been annoying for many people.
