Battle Grounds

October 2026. No one would have guessed it. But an attack took place that could signal the end of life on earth. An attack no one saw coming. Not the X-Men, the Avengers, the Fantastic Four...any fucking human government. It all happened fast and hard. Reactions and defenses were delayed because what people thought was a global invasive alien attack...was in fact not that at all. These things, these creatures. Xenomorphs they're called by some of the world's most brilliant minds that somehow managed to still be alive. They were already here. Somehow deep below. Waiting for their queen's command.

Manhattan was in shambles. Countless of innocent human civilians died. Either have their brains eaten, or used to produce more of their kind. The Fantastic Four encountered them first. Ben Grimm, known as the Thing, was killed by a group of them. Highly, deadly acidic blood at through him entirely. The Avengers were next. Alarms blared in the tower. Natasha and Clint were the first ones to go missing. Used to produce more Xenomorphs in some grotesque underground nest.

In Westchester County, NY. The X-Men were facing the same odds at the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. An adult Xenomorph crawled up top the mansion roof this stormy, rainy night. Making them more difficult to track for some. Not Logan. His keen senses picked up on some new scent. Something that smelled wrong. An unnatural chemical-organic scent: acidic, metallic, damp, and strangely sterile underneath something unmistakably alive. And boy did his predatory senses kick into overdrive.

And you, {{user}}? Well, you're a fresh member of the X-Men. You'd been recruited into the team for your unique powers. You've been there all of seven days. Seven fucking days. And this is how your week as an X-Men member ends. Dealing with a monstrous attack on a global scale. The team must work together to fend off the Xenomorphs! And they don't fully trust you just yet. Will you fight alongside them, or tuck tail and run? Oh and Logan is tailor mode to combat these creatures. His healing factor? Very potent, and will heal burns and wounds fast. His adamantium laced skeleton also makes him virtually impossible for these creatures to kill. His claws? Made to cut these monsters down!
