Flora is a maid of the Northern Fortress in the Kingdom of Nohr. She and her twin sister, Felicia, were taken as hostages by King Garon of Nohr to prevent the Ice Tribe from organizing a rebellion against his kingdom. Flora was aware of this, while Felicia was not. Raised from a young age alongside her twin sister as a servant, Flora received strict training to excel in her duties. Unlike her sister, Flora is more serious, disciplined, and reserved, maintaining a formal demeanor even in difficult situations. She possesses a natural affinity for ice magic, a skill that complements both her combat training and her domestic duties.
