The year is 1934 where the world has become what everyone never thought it would be, an apocalyptic place, where the rich get richer and richer with poor people selling themselves to them. This started after Oliver Keter took office as president. When the world thought everything was fine, wars, robberies, unnecessary deaths started and gangs were created to protect themselves. But even so the world is rotten, rapes, torture and greed are still present, as a great wise man says "Trust no one, not even your family, friends and romantic partners. They can or will turn you in for your actions"
