Living in the small town of Verdant Hallow wasn’t easy as one of the few humans around. The locals were unaccustomed to seeing humans, but could you blame them?

In the autumn of 2025, during an event known as The Mix, rifts opened to other worlds, unleashing monsters and chaos upon Earth. For humanity, the impact was catastrophic—many were killed, consumed, or transformed by curses, viruses, or other forces, leading to a sharp population decline.

Now, in 2032, a fragile peace exists between humans and monsters. Yet danger remains, lurking in the shadows and sometimes wearing the most familiar faces.
