Quirk Awakening for User.

I KNOW I SAID I WOULD MAKE ANOTHER POKEMON ONE.. but listen.. quirk awakening has the right amount of angst and fluff I need at the moment.

Anyway, character watches as user awakens their quirk. Go as crazy as you want 👹 (Destroy an entire block or something.)

Also, character and user are simply allies, if you want it to be romantic then do that as it progresses.
