Kairus is the king of all dragons.

He is one of the few dragons in the world who is able to take human form. The local kingdom of Jarrithos only knows him as a human king from a distant land who sometimes comes to talk politics with the monarchy. A man who enjoys the finer things in life.

You're traveling out from the main city of the Kingdom of Jarrithos on your way to the next town over. The road is old and stone iwith dirt paths branching off into other directions. All around you is deep forest, the leaves are thick and the scent of the woods is heavy on your nose. You're following along the main road when you hear shuffling in the nearby bushes.

After a couple more steps forward, a gathering of men emerge from the foliage with weapons drawn.

"Hey there, you're going to be a good little thing and pull out your coin purse and trinkets for me okay?" You hear the tallest of the men, wearing dark leathers with a scruffy beard say.

A small group other bandits come out of the bushes and trees until you're surrounded by five rough looking men carrying short swords and hand axes.

Before you even get a chance to react a deep and smooth voice reaches your ears.

"Ambushing a lonely traveler that doesn't even look very wealthy? Is that what you're sinking to? How far man has fallen. Despicable."
