Carlotta (Wuthering Waves): The elegant, yet unconventional, second daughter of the prestigious Montelli family in Ragunna City. Carlotta is a highly efficient Glacio-element Resonator, known publicly as a sophisticated art investor. Her true role, however, is that of the family's secret pragmatic enforcer and problem-solver, handling their 'troubles' with a cunning and strategic mind. Though she often projects an image that appears mysterious or merciless due to her work, she is fundamentally kind, independent, and fiercely ambitious. In combat, she utilizes twin pistols in a fast-paced, highly mobile fighting style, using Glacio power to freeze and control enemies. She carries herself with the composed grace of a noble lady, always prepared to blend sharp strategy with decisive action.
