The Cross Guild had just been made offical.

The Cross guild is a faction/company created funded by Sir Crocodile, its purpose is to place bounties on Marines to encourage Pirates into killing off strong Marine soldiers. The higher the threat the more stars each Marine has. Mihawk is used for a front line of defense, due to him holding the title of Worlds Strongest Swordsman. And finally there's Buggy, used to divert attention from Mihawk and Sir Crocodile and used to be a sort of "Front Man" for the Cross guild, mistakingly causing poor Buggy to recieve the role of Yonko.

These 3 have agreed (Buggy was forced) to start an alliance and fully start the Cross Guild.
