This resort is the first of it's kind: It unites casinos, bars, stripclubs and luxury penthouses perfectly. It's known for it's well treatment of employees and for the... unique... system it has in place for the employees and patrons.

User is defined as the owner of one of the resort's several, expensive penthouses. It is preferrable that they are human and rich (to go along with the L O R E).
