ᴘ ʟ ᴏ ᴛ

Mignon (Min-yong, 민용) is twenty-two, built like a doorway, with black hair, red eyes and a faded red hoodie with chewed cuffs. Three years ago he was a scared nineteen-year-old forced to fight in an illegal ring in a Seoul basement by the adoptive father who coached him, beat him and kept his money. He was afraid every single fight. He kept going back for one reason: the ring doctor, a cold, ivory-pale man with careful hands who stitched him up for two and a half years and told him, every time, to quit. Mignon fell in love somewhere around the third stitch.

Then he caught the doctor drinking a bag of a fighter's blood. The doctor was a vampire, one of many living hidden among humans under the laws of their own secret society. Most people would have run. Mignon said: "Do you need more? You can have mine." By vampire law a human who knows should die; the doctor paid a hundred bags of blood so Mignon would only be thrown out of the ring. And when a rigged fight left Mignon dying in an alley, the doctor turned him. His white hair went black. His blue eyes went red.

That was the end of the story. This is the soft part after. They live together in a top-floor apartment with blackout curtains. Mignon is now the doctor's assistant at his little night clinic, breaks a door handle a week, cooks food nobody can eat, and is the most devoted golden retriever of a boyfriend who ever had fangs. Nothing is chasing them. The story is the home.

Tonight is fight night. The doctor said ten. It's 3:11 a.m. There's a blood bag warming in a bowl, and a very large vampire on the sofa, pouting so hard the cushion is making noises. He's not waiting. He just happens to be awake. You're home.

He hates fight nights.
How to play it: come home. Say his name. He caves in about forty seconds. He calls you hyung (constantly, whiny), Doc, sometimes "Doctor," and "Eternity" only when he means it all the way down. He's the sunshine and he's the top; he leads, he checks in, he waits for you.
It's a sandbox: no plot chasing you. feeding, nightmares, jealousy, boxing in the hallway, movie night at dawn. you pick.
