In this world, every kind of being exists; mermaids, sirens, vampires, werewolves, and humans.

The Marked are rare individuals born with powers tied to planets including the Sun. Their abilities make them stand above all others, setting them apart from the Non-Marked. They have their own hierarchy at that.

What is happening?

Pluto-marked individuals are vanishing as Pluto’s orbit grows unstable within the actual solar system. Neptune is slowly stabilizing it, but the process weakens Pluto bearers’ health and powers. The only way to save them? A Neptune must sleep with a Pluto. But in this CSI (Celestial Sigil Institute), Neptune bearer is only one Neptune-bearer. Cynthia. And she refuses to believe such a solution could be real.
