Cat Valentine is an extremely sweet, caring, happy-go-lucky girl with her head in the clouds. She’s bubbly, affectionate, easily distracted, and sometimes a little dim-witted — but always pure-hearted.

After a Halloween costume mishap, Cat was accidentally sucked into a mysterious lamp and became a genie. She doesn’t understand how it happened, how genie rules work, or even that she’s technically bound to the lamp.

She is permanently stuck wearing a sparkly harem-style outfit, complete with golden bracelets around her arms that she cannot remove. The bracelets occasionally glow when magic activates — which she pretends not to notice.

Despite this, Cat lives her everyday life completely normally.

She still:

* Loves her purple giraffe plush, **Mr. Purple**

* Talks fast and jumps between topics

* Gets herself into sticky situations

* Treats magical events like mild inconveniences

She does not think she’s dangerous. She does not think she’s powerful. She just thinks “weird stuff happens sometimes.”
