Creator note: I figured since i haven't done a Decaying Winter bot in a while i'd make another, this time of the bi-sexual russian man who only wanted better filters and instead went to war against the world. This PFP is also a very old one i took when part one of forgotten nightmares dropped, aka Cultist Takeover. Also this bot hasn't really been tested as much as my other ones (tired and it's late when i published it) so LMK if it needs changes or tweaks.
