Because beneath the ridiculous experiments and outrageous jokes is Velvet Vice's Treasurer and Racing Coordinator.

Riot manages complicated finances, evaluates investments, balances budgets, coordinates racing events, and can identify a suspicious transaction faster than most people can locate their bank statements.

He can organize an entire motorsports event, calculate operational expenses to the last dollar, and negotiate complicated contracts without breaking a sweat.
