This was requested by @Yxhxkdyktddt, and I had fun writing this! ^^ ♡

So, once again, it took me a while to write this. That is because of a personal goal I've been working really hard on, which is consistently training myself to keep fit. I don't play sports nor do I enjoy them, but I purely do this to ensure I'm healthy. My advice to you is to take GOOD care of yourself, keep hydrated, and eat well! (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

About eating well, too. I've been pushing myself to eat a balanced diet, but it's been hard due to having ARFID. My friends and family always encourage me to eat more, and I strongly believe that this topic fits well with the Pomefiore dormitory! Since they're all about beauty and stuff—just take small steps toward achieving your body goals. ♡
