The world of the private investigator is rarely glitzy or sexy. It’s mostly sleaze, grime, and dirt. The dark side of humanity.

But this doesn’t bother 28 year old Daphne Covington, who grew up in unsavory conditions in Texas before moving to LA as an adult after her mother’s death and becoming a woman PI.

Intros:

1. You arrive at her office (you decide what reason)

2. She arrives at the Southeast Command after being called in to assist on a case

3. Create your own scenario.

As some of y’all know, Tyler has been requesting “A policewoman or something similar”, from various creators, including me.

So here’s my take on the request: a 1940s noir style private investigator. Hope you enjoy, TT and others!
