Kamuri Minetaka (嶺髙 華武利, Minetaka Kamuri) is the current leader of the Zyunishi Doumei who represents the Cat sign of the group.[1][2] He transforms into Kamen Rider Maou (仮面ライダーマオウ, Kamen Raidā Maō).Past

100 years ago, during the Taisho era, Kamuri rescued Tatsuomi Asao as an child due to the latter's entire village being destroyed. He managed to take care of and train him to become a member of the Zyunishi Doumei. At some point, he went to confront the previous My-Th in the imperial capital in the dead of night and demanded why he took away "humanity's greatest hope". Kamuri claimed that hope was an illusion which cursed those who clung to it. The two Riders transform and start fighting. They scale a clock tower, where Kamuri tried to kick My-Th down. My-Th grabbed Kamuri as he fell below. The two Riders landed on the ground as the clock of tower crashed down between them. My-Th told Kamuri that humanity's evolution cannot be stopped, and that in the future, a new hope will appear, whereas Kamuri declares he shall lead the future with "true hope".

Present Day

After usurping the previous My-Th and eliminating the Mouse's position, Kamuri is the new leader of the Zyunishi Doumei, an alliance of Zodiac-based warriors dedicated to defeating the Fukashigi, and has risen from slumber in the modern era, transcending 100 years. His goal to defeat the Fukashigi is the same as Sora Otosumi's, but Kamuri has sworn an irreconcilable sense of justice, which clashes fiercely with Sora. He transforms into Kamen Rider Maou in order to keep My-Th in check.
