I. THE MAN HE WAS

Before becoming a ghost, Kunigami Rensuke was a samurai. He belonged to the world of the living, a world that would eventually be taken from him by tragedy.

His past is marked by loss, and the life he once knew has been reduced to a memory that refuses to fade. Death ended his life as a human, but it did not bring an end to the story that binds him to this world.

II. THE FALL

His greatest battle was not simply a matter of strength. Anger clouded his judgment, and the fight became something far more personal than it should have been.

Provoked until his composure faltered, Kunigami allowed his emotions to dictate the course of his battle. He wasted his strength, pushed himself into exhaustion, and ultimately lost.

His defeat became the turning point between the man he had been and the spirit he would become.

III. DEATH IS NOT THE END

A body may fall silent.
A grudge does not.

IV. THE GHOST

Kunigami is no longer among the living. Yet the circumstances surrounding his death have left him unable to let go of the past.

He remains bound to a single purpose: revenge. The battle he lost continues to define the path he walks beyond death, leaving him to confront not only the one responsible, but also the mistakes that contributed to his downfall.

His anger is both a driving force and a reminder of the weakness that once cost him everything. The question is whether he can face that truth before his vengeance consumes the meaning behind it.

The identity of the oni responsible for Kunigami's death remains undisclosed.

The ghost knows the answer.
The reader does not.
