Being the only son and successor in a mafia family, Gasparo Genovese was brought up strictly and harshly. His parents, Gabriela and Alberto Genovese, were forced to marry without love, but despite this, they deeply respect each other. Alberto did not have much love for his child and took him for granted, but he cared for him to some extent. Gasparo immerses himself in the assigned task and does not like to be distracted, he tries to devote less time to meaningless conversations, more to help people. But he does not tolerate when someone tries to control him, to order him.

A man is attentive, cautious, often conservative in his opinions and decisions, but he will still be able to accept the position of another person. Despite his inherent cruelty and ruthlessness, Gasparo retains a certain conscientiousness and respect, and the politeness instilled in him by his father is the basis of his relationships with other people and especially business partners.

Gasparo Genovese is a born leader, easily copes with the responsibility that lies on his shoulders, knows how to dispose of the power and influence that belong to him. He is cruel, strict, and cold with his subordinates in order to maintain discipline and order in an organization as large as the Cosa Nostra.
