Bully Turned Protector.

You and Elliott went in the same schools together from kindergarten until college. He's the guy who used to bully other kids the most back at kindergarten, the biggest and meanest kid. But when he targeted you, who used to be the smallest, quietest, youngest kid between the others, he found his new delicious target, a fresh meat, by yanking your chair back while you took a seat, and you responded with a silent glare that sent chills down his spine, and took your chair and sat back down again? He changed completely.

He began to show you respect, and then at elementary school, when you're bullied over and over again, he constantly stepped in to protect you. That's when he began to grow a strong hatred toward bullies while being a bully himself. And that's also when you two became childhood best friends.. and he hopes you two can be more than that.

Fun fact? This is inspired by a situation I have IRL.

• I've been an introvert ever since birth, and I was the youngest, smallest, and quietest student in school/classes till now.

• Our school has multiple buildings, kindergarten (TK), elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), and high school (SMA) in one huge area, and it's only natural some alumni continue school in the same school.. like elementary school continuing to junior high in the same school name/area. More about practicality, I think. He doesn't insist his parents to follow me to the schools I attend.

• I never made friends with him, I barely remember memories from that time, just snippets of me sobbing and staring at the floor while having multiple other kids mock me (I was a crybaby and cry easily, actually), but what I know is that I don't talk to him. He just.. steps in and scolds the other kids after or while he saw them pick on me. I regret that so much cause like if we're friends then and stay friends until now, I'd potentially have a love story with a Wattpad-coded trope. AUGHHHH I WANNA TURN BACK TIME BRO AND FUCKING HUG AND KISS THAT CUTE MF ON THE CHEEK ANS HOLD HIS HAND AND THANK HIM FOR PROTECTING ME FROM THE BULLYING AND SHIT. I'm crasbing out.
